I drive a 2008 C4 Grand Picasso diesel automatic in Spain.
It has the air suspension, which gives a nice ride, but the compressor for that takes up the space occupied by the spare wheel, so instead of a spare you have a puncture repair aerosol.
The auto gearbox is really a robot system,, so it has clutch rarer than a torque converter. It's okay, but it doesn't hold the car stationery as you transfer your foot from the brake to te accelerator in the same way that a true auto does, so you have to use the electronic handbrake, or do left-foot braking.

The Citroen garage in Torrevieja (San Luis) is good and surprisingly cheap.

I'd certainly buy another one.

In the UK I drive a Renault Scenic that's a few years older and I prefer the Citroen.

Pete.

Beware of automatics as they are not proper autos, but have a fitment on the outside of the box
My daughter had major problems with her Grand Picasso. She got rid of the car because it was so unreliable.
We have had 2 saxo's which were great apart from drive shaft problems. Both cars needed both shafts replacing at 30 -40,000 miles, not both at the same time though. Realatively cheap to fix, but be aware.

I've recently bought a citroen c3 picasso in the UK, most comfortablest car I've owned, and a real pleasure to drive.

As has been mentioned about the automatics personally I would stay away from them as the gear change is not the best!

My wife and I both have C4 Picasso's I have the Grand 7 seater, the wife has the 5 seater. Both Diesel automatic. Both under a year old. They have been reliable, economic to run and insure (1600cc model) and a pleasure to drive. I have the Flair specification the wife has the Feel. The only change I would make is perhaps we should have got the 2000cc model and both Flair specification. We would definitely recommend.
