A little while ago there was some info. about a new shopping area which may be opening away from the main bit around the arches.Perhaps good for us who live further out.Any more on this?And where?

Do you mean the new Chinese warehouse in Calle Sorolla? Now shown on Google maps as a supermarket

I used to watch them fitting it out as I went by thinking "they will open up 1st Dec"

Well into Jan and still no sign of opening

They've had truckloads of stuff going in since before Christmas. We drive past it nearly every day and expect to see it open but it still has cardboard up at the windows and no sign board or anything saying when they will be opening. You would have thought they would be losing money every day they aren't open.

They now have a sign saying they’re opening on 23rd January. They certainly must have plenty of stock because as you say they’ve been stocking it for ages
