Can anyone advise the quick route to Murcia central avoiding the tolls if possible!! TIA

AP7 onto A7 Murcia, It's quick, tollfree , but just take care with the HGV's they can be a little maverick at times.

You could go to Catral / San isidro and catch a train. No problems parking that way and train fares very reasonable,

Jencco, that's a great idea, I've not used the train service yet, but will definitely being doing that in the future. I think parking is free at the station and the trains run fairly regularly? Another little adventure in the making. And once we've done Murcia, we can go the other way to Alicante.

Hi, which station is best for central Murcia, Shops, Bars, Restaurants etc. Is it Murcia del Carmen or Murcia Mercancias??

Car parking is free at San Isidro we used the train before Christmas to go to Alicante ...
