Some town halls allow you to do this once you have updated your address on the padron.
You can do it online at Change of Address which informs other government agencies of your address change.
Check with your town hall first if they do it.
Apart from that, you have to complete the EX18 form again and go through the rigmarole at the National Police station by ticking the por cambio de domicilio box under the modificacion bit at the bottom.

Please note that you cannot use the online form until a minimum of 2 months has passed since updating your address on the padron.

We recently changed our address on ours. The rules appear to be; if you have had your residencia five years or more, proof of change of address (padron) original residency card, original passport & that is all that is required (it was for us in November) If you have had your residencia for less than five years then it is as though you are applying for your first residencia, that is direct from the Policia National at Elche. However, it would seem from others experiences it can be very different on the day with people being refused for the silliest of things.
