Can't seem to find the 'contact us' tab or something of that ilk. Any help very much appreciated.

You can contact customer support, go into private banking, then social networks and click on more, then you will see customer support

I just went into https://www.caixabank.es/particular/hom ... es_es.html scroll down to bottom and you will see a list of things you can do, customer support is one, it's under services.

Exactly, you'd think you'd have more choice. That's our bank and they are a pain. Now the new rule is you cannot pay money in over the counter after 11am you have to pay it into the machine in an envelope and only up to 1000 per day.

I would find it a pleasure to use the machine when paying in 1000e per day, if i had it.

You are right though, they are getting more and more of a pain as time goes on (don't think it's just them though). Must be scaling down cash based operations in preparation for their cashless society. But that is another conversation altogether.

Thanks for your help.
