Hiiya we have a 3 bedroom Maria house in Dona Pepa 2. Rear terrace converted into a room. The roof of which appears to be aluminium and glass is leaking when we have torrential rain. Any recommendation of someone who could reseal roof where it’s leaking. Many of these properties have had this conversion. If someone could help or point us in right direction that would be great thank you. Joan

It sometimes happens to ours when the rain hammers down. I've been re-sealing mine myself from the inside
but would be interested to know what it would cost for someone to go up above and re-do the sealant.
