Air conditioning install/wood burner install

Dear All,
Are any permissions required for either the installation of air con and for a wood burner?

For Air Conditioning there can sometimes be Rules if your property is in a Community. You may need to get the ok from the Community President.

There is a "possibility" that in some residential communities, an A/C unit mounted on the front elevation of a dwelling may not be allowed but side or rear walls you can install as you please.
I personally wouldn't want to spoil the look of the front of my house with an condenser unit anyway tbh.
