No email received - It must be a user problem at your end. When you say they are stuck in your 'outbox', what outbox is that? It's only private messaging that has an outbox on the forum.

Don't understand why , have used many times so know procedures...so private message has outbox but email does not!

Forum email just sends, but you can have an option for a copy to be sent to you. There is no forum "outbox' for emails, just for PMs.

Have you gone back to the topic and posted to the person you have sent the email to, to tell them you have sent an email or just try sending them a PM instead?

The person receiving the email must have the "Users can contact me by email" box ticked in board preferences otherwise they won't get them.
