You need to take a piece of damaged slat with you to check that it’s the correct style.
The hardware shop in La Florida has a good selection of slats, as does Leroy Merlin.
If you have some damaged slats then you may find that you need to change them all. If you have two windows with damaged slats then replace the one in the wider window and use the slats that are salvageable to repair the Persiana on the narrower window.
