please can anyone tell me the price of petrol in Spain at the moment.

Depends where you go. Main dealerships about 1.30 a litre for petrol 95 and 1.23 for diesel.
Places like Quesada Gas, supermarkets and other discount ones then it's about 1.23 for petrol 95 and 1.14 for diesel.

Seems to be quite a disparity between outlets.

just got back from down Marbella way, sin plomo 95 €1.39.9 ltr that's a big difference from our prices round here,sin plomo 95 €1.22 @most cheap gas outlets,,prices always seems to go up on a Friday and down on a Tuesday,

I have found a good rule of thumb over the years to be that Spanish petrol & Diesel prices on average are the reverse price of the UK but in Euros, so currently about 15% cheaper but diesel is the cheaper price . . .

10 days ago in Al Campo supermarket sin plomo 95 was 1.13 litre - don’t know if its gone up.

Prices are going up DAILY especially diesel, the Spanish have changed diesel tax and like the rest of Europe seem intent on killing of diesel vehicles

becuase they want to drive deisel cars off the road, the whole EU is at it. Having told us 20 years ago 'deisel's are clean ' to get people to buy them.

The statement was clearly nonsense, you only had to look at the exhaust emissions of lorries. busses and taxis to see that.
