Turn router off for 10 mins then back on should sort it

Thanks. Turned off my router for 1 hour. Still a lower speed than usual.
Will have to phone Telfy and see if they have an explanation.

Certainly in the UK this can be an issue after a power outage. Apparently something to do with a profile needing to be reset. If the speed doesn't resolve itself after a few days, the ISP has to intervene manually. Not sure how it works over here.

Check where you live. My friend was told our area will never have fibre (by Telfy engineer) but in surrounding areas they have it.
