didI read on the forum that there is an electric outage tomorrow, thursday?

I thought it was more like “ey-up me duk, tha’rl never guess wot, they reckon ‘lekky’s gunna on tomorra for arf an ‘our - bloody luxury!”

Ee ba gum ‘lectric’s gonna get turned off tomorra. Better get sum coil ont fire and put wood int ole.

I'm a southener born in London, so here's the dictionary definition of outage:-

noun: outage; plural noun: outages

a period when a power supply or other service is not available or when equipment is closed down.
"frequent power outages"
