Please help find the Physiotherapist from Delores Medical

Over a year ago I used to go to Delores Medical Centre Physio and there was a there was a very good lady Physio there. I saw her for five months and se also spoke English. I do not care if she has gone private but if anybody can help me I would really appreciate

For five months I attended Delores Medical Centre which is over 12 months ago but the staff have now changed and I do not care if she is gone private Can anybody please help me to find where she is now working She had 2 children and Black hair and also spoke English she was a fabulous Physio
