Good evening folks,

I think our water heater has given up the ghost, any recommendations for the best place to get a new one? We’re in Dona Pepa

TIA Tim

Is it a boiler type? We just had to replace ours and got it from Euronics by Consum. 80 litre cost €120 and €100 to have it delivered and fitted.

We have one of these located inside next to the door that leads out onto our roof terrace. Someone once said that they thought it would be an idea to have it installed outside (inside some kind of wall cupboard) just in case it ever burst or leaked etc. That way it wouldn't flood the house. Any thoughts on whether this is a good idea or not?

yes seen ,a few like that outside,
but if you turn your water off while your away that helps,
heard of a few folks whose boiler started to leak while there away came back to a flood,
as it happen i,d just got back from holiday ,and a day later mine started to drip ,so had new boiler installed over the sink in the utility,
always turn water off when away,to minimize damage.
Euronics good price!
