You could enquire at the Torrevieja Digital Camera Club and ask if they know of any courses that are available.

I do camera courses, and I run the Photogenics Photography Group.
I do the course over two mornings, on a one-to-one basis, and cover all the basics of how photography works, show you how to set up the camera on your camera, and discuss good composition practice. I charge €40 per morning. You can then join Photogenics, which is free, where you will learn on an on-going basis as well as have a nice time with like minded people.
