We have a gas (piped) Junkers miniMAXX boiler for water after arriving home on Thursday after 2 weeks away our boiler is not igniting. We have changed the batteries, rang a local tradesman who suggested it was due to the weather and recommended heating the underneath of the boiler with a hairdryer which we have tried but no different.
Can anybody recommend a reputable gas boiler engineer who can urgently solve our problem?
