Also, never had a problem with Seur, either delivering at home or to the Amazon locker at the Quesada Petrol station

I've just opted to have something delivered from Amazon to the Quesada Petrol station.
Is it just a matter of taking some ID and collecting the item?

We have never had a mail delivery to the villa in over 7 years. We have a Benijofar post room box costing about 90 euros a year and all mail, letters and parcels delivered there with no problem whatsoever with seur or anyone else. Saves a lot of waiting around 'just in case' as post room always staffed and delivery people know when it's open.

They will send you a code like a combination. You use that to open the box on a one off occasion.

When your item has been delivered to the Locker Amazon will send you an email containing a 6 digit code. You input that on the keypad at the Locker and the door to the compartment containing your item will automatically open. You normally have 3 working days to collect your item.

We have been receiving parcel deliveries from Suer, DPD and one other delivery service whose name escapes me. We have never had any trouble with any deliveries here in Spain. We have been given a day & time for delivery and they have always turned up. Polite and efficient delivery people.

Normal post in lo crispin

The sad reality IMHO. On top of my Amazon Prime membership I have to add another €120 a year to send any parcels to the Post Box in Dona Pepa. If I gave my house address I suspect only 1 in 10 would ever make it there. Small price to pay for sunshine but its certainly an area that I miss the UK reliability (perhaps Hermes aside ).

Get Amazon parcels delived to a Correos near you that's what I do
