They will send you a code like a combination. You use that to open the box on a one off occasion.

The sad reality IMHO. On top of my Amazon Prime membership I have to add another €120 a year to send any parcels to the Post Box in Dona Pepa. If I gave my house address I suspect only 1 in 10 would ever make it there. Small price to pay for sunshine but its certainly an area that I miss the UK reliability (perhaps Hermes aside ).
