You will have to isolate the electric system from solar as that will not work in conjunction, you need quite a set up for that if you google solar hot water system you’ll see not cheep

Using this solar panel
Blue tap off ..all the way to the right
Red tap all the way to the left

When you first arrive you will need to heat the water in the tank in the kitchen. Once that is heated you can unplug the boiler and if sunny enough the solar panel will take over.
