Prosegur Alarms

Anyone else having difficulty getting into Prosegur's system? Trying to check my alarm status, but cannot connect via mobile or desktop apps.

Wh have the same issue. The company was hacked with Ransomware and had to take down their systems. It seems to be taking them a very long time to get back up and running. Not very impressive and no communication at all from them.

Systems back up, but I’m not sure of the accuracy of the data shown. Showing my alarm as ‘disarmed’, so my neighbour ‘armed’ it. Still shows ‘disarmed’.
