Los Alcazares under water again

I see that Los Alcazares is under water again tonight from the heavy rain. People have been evacuated and access is closed off. What a recurring nightmare for the people in the area.

Yup , someone forgot to clean all the mud and debris from the drains from the last deluge ..!!!!
