Having problems receiving sky emails and need to change to our hotmail account. How do you sort this on the forum as we are not getting email notifications of replies to posts.

From the Home Page select User Control Panel. (you must be logged in)
Then the tab that says Profile.
Then under edit profile click the tab edit account settings.
You can change your email address and password from there.

Thank you for the info. Unfortunately I have been trying for half an hour and still cannot do it. Keeps saying wrong password although I log in ok.

Ask the mod to change it or try and sort it some way if you can't do it.

I spent all of Sunday trying to sort this problem out. You need to go to the sky password generator page https://www.sky.com/help/articles/secur ... il-account generate a password and ensure that this password is the one you use when you set up both your incoming and outgoing mail servers in your email client (Thunderbird or the like). Do not use your skymail password, it won't work! Hope this helps. Mine is working fine now.
