That was clearly a Telfy problem but how or why that should afect an IPTV box settings is a mystery, what exactly did they have you change?

Who knows what happened..

We had to change something called a URL Portal setting...(whatever that means)...

We are now permanently on the new setting and everything works fine..

Thank you Telfy for actually ringing me up... thank you IPTV company for trying and maybe fixing the Portal thingy..(or maybe Telfy fixed it?)

No matter..

Merry Christmas everyone..

I thought official iptv was illegal, if it is then we cannot complain because something we should not be using is not working

Am sure mondo is glad to get the tv back for Christmas and not worrying about William's Grinch impersonation.

If you have had to enter a new url in the portal it’s likely that your IPTV provider has changed servers and forgotten to tell everybody.

I have no idea if that is the case..

but if so, why would Telfy call me to tell me they had fixed it?

I am totally confused (not an unknown state for me).

But it is all working well at the moment and that is all I ask. The good thing is that both the IPTV company AND Telfy did their best for us... Thanks all round..

Dear Mondo, may I ask who is your IPTV supplier please, ours is still saying after one week of no sports channels that the problem is a Europe wide situation and cannot guarantee when they will return? thank you

All our sports channels are working. Suggest you change you may need to change your IPTV supplier. We are with Paul from TV Technology and cannot recommend him highly enough. He keeps you fully informed if any updates.
