There is an article in today's Informacion which says two thirds of claimants have not yet received payment.

It says "the management of these grants is centralized in the Prop Office of the Generalitat Valenciana in Orihuela, although there are departments and technicians in all affected municipalities"

Perhaps a protest outside their offices might be in order at this stage to reflect the anger at the slow and unacceptable pace of paying out the funds to those affected.
