I wonder if anyone can help,I have a galaxy 10 which I got from Telfy so has a Spanish number. My friend also has a galaxy 10 which was bought in the UK.We sent messages and received them while we were in the UK at Xmas, now we are back she can send me a message but when I reply she gets no messages from me.The number I have for her is her mobile which I start with plus 44 then the mobile number minus the 0 at the beginning,I have not got a clue what the problem is,can anyone have an idea, thanks in advance.

Not saying I know the fix, but have you tried 0044 & then miss the first 0 off the main number?

Yes, it is 0044, the + sign is to show you need to enter the international dialling code which varies from country to country. Spain, like UK, is 00 for the international code, USA is 011 and others.

Hi my husband had this problem and it was the system he was on, didn’t realize at the time, changed now all ok. Worth a try - pop into Telfy and they will sort it for you.

Might be worth trying this. Click on mobile data and then see if there is an option for network selection. Select Telfy.
I'm using an iPhone and this seemed to sort it for me

If you're receiving SMS messages from her then it's nothing to do with number formats or country prefixes etc. you should be able to reply directly,

Good advice from previous posters, whatever the problem I can't see it being anywhere except on your side.
