The difference is that Russia shut the boarders on day one. Everyone else carried on importing people in from China.
Plus you could attribute the fact that the Russians put up with extreme cold symptoms constantly and no doubt just get on with it instead of over prescribing prescription and over the counter drugs for everything. I am sure their immune systems are a lot better placed for it.
And Russia have a reputation for being entirely transparent with their reporting, of course.

And China.......nothing comes out of China unless the government say so.
And we have a reputation for always telling the truth don't we.

Surprisingly Dave, like many others I get a lot of fun out of making light of things......you might want to try it some time.....you might even enjoy it. These are serious times but don't loose your sense of humour.
