William for god's sake take a chill pill and calm down otherwise you'll end up having a bloody heart attack at so point all of us will need to go out to get essential supplies I do assume you eat and drink?

For reassurance, the delivery drivers I had come round last week, left the parcels a couple of metres away from me, fortunately they didn't need signing for, and they weren't heavy. I'm sure they're all thinking of their own safety as well as mine.

Hi. I have had delivery from drivers and we wore masks and gloves when we go to the gate, even the driver does - it’s ZERO contact, meaning he just leaves parcel and he ticks the signature box. All very helpful.
Correos you are allowed to go to collect mail etc. it’s one person inside (Catral) a metre away from counter.
No hassle
Wear your protective gear, take sanitizer with you. In out and home.
Cheers
