A little surprised folk are still feeling the need to use their heating systems, not had anything on here for at least a couple of weeks with the exception of a small heater in the bathroom for after showering which isn't used every time though.

Right now in my living room it's a shade over 18deg which is perfectly comfortable, we're both touching 70 and believe me neither of like the cold!

I know in general Spanish properties have a poor reputation for insulation efficiency but I don't think mine is that much different to any other in that regard.

I wonder what temperature others feel they need to maintain to be comfortable?

we had no heating on for most of winter, thermal underwear does us,just the odd cold night in January we put aircon on warm for a hour or so, its been a warmer winter than past years, says 12c outside on thermometer plenty warm enough, but can hear neighbouring properties aircon going presuming for heating, if you eat small meals regularly that keeps you warm ,
