Hi. We have an amazon.es account which offered a 30 day free trial of prime. We have our Spanish bank card registered as default payment method. We got the offer extended until May now
TV is a registered device on amazon - app on smart tv
Problem is when we try to play a video on tv app it seems to divert to uk.
Then it asks for payment card. Don’t want to add card to this account already have registered on Spanish account.
The free trial doesn’t show up on the uk account / not sure how to make this work- any ideas ?
Tried putting Spain as location on tv but no difference

Prime on Spanish account does not mean prime on UK account. Prime on UK account doesn't give you prime on the Spanish account. Two separate things and two separate payments would be needed. Sounds like you have TV set up to UK account. If you change to Amazon es you'll only have whatever's available on Amazon es. Maybe someone else has a way round this, but as far as I know you can't have both on same tv.

We have Amazon Spain prime ... log into your account and go into prime video, there you will see films etc and although the description is in Spanish you can change the language to English. We use it all the time

There is an Amazon Prime Spanish App that does this for you & its easy to install on a Smart TV Also if you go onto You Tube & do a search of how to install Amazon Prime SE to a Spanish Smart TV im sure it will tell you how to do it.
