Can anyone help me with YoSalud?
I am trying to sign up so that I can see my records and appointments but the system says my data is wrong.
Is there something else I need to do before signing up, such as first registering for YoSalud at my Doctor or the hospital?

When entering your SIP card number, you generally miss off the first digit. For example, if the SIP card is 06668787 you would enter the number under SIP as 6668787. There should only be 7 numbers.

Every time you log in you should also use that format.

If that doesn't work you may need a new password. You can normally get that from the doctors reception but at this time they may do it over the phone but not sure about that because of security. Maybe worth a call.

I'm not trying to log in, I'm trying to register to use the service.
My SIP card also has 10 numbers, so to get to just 7 I would need yo skip 3!

You will have two small numbers at the beginning which are not part of the number. The larger numbers (8 of them) is your SIP card number but the first number of those is ignored.
For example, 45 06667788 and only the 6667788 is used.

I think you need to be issued a password from the centre?

No you don't. You simply need to enter the register yourself part and put in the SIP card in the correct format along with date of birth, mobile phone number (Spanish)and an email address (but you can do it without the email by clicking without email) and select the health centre you are registered with.

Once you have entered it all they will then send you a password to log on with the SIP card number and then you have to change the password to one you want.

No need to go to the health centre at all and all they do is hit the forgotten password button to issue you a new one.
Unless they've changed the system completely from about 6 months ago which is when I registered on yo salud but it did take me several goes until I got the SIP number in the correct format.
My wife has been on it for several years.
