I think the vast majority of Quesada residents like to take a pride in where they live with neat and tidy surroundings however sadly there are clearly a small minority who seem quite happy to live in a s__t house environment because that's all they've ever known and put it down to "Manana" Spain and it'll come right eventually well maybe but there again maybe not
In my view it shows low esteem and a lack of ambition to live their lives in more enjoyable and attractive settings but clearly your not going to change them

My view entirely. Deja vu and just saying "it's Spain" is a ridiculous fall back and shows no desire to sort stuff in a reasonable time.

No matter how bad it looks at times its still much better than the UK. Unless of course you were fortunate enough to be living in a very rural and tidy village.

I think spains got it priorities right, bins emptied daily, streets swept daily,Streets sprayed during virus lockdown , all for minimim council tax, coucil run swimming pools nice and clean and cheap €2 to use if non resident free if your on padronn and have a pass, Spains got a lot going for it, apart from a few unsitely building sites.And personaly coping with covid 19 a dam site better than UK.

Covid 19 nothing to do with it. That is a convenient get out at present.
This eyesore has been there, with little or no progress, for well over a year. We Brits just accept stuff with no real explanation.

I think the Marquesa area around the golf course is a lovely area. We are still looking to buy the right property down there. I would be there now if i had my way. Sitting here in lovely Wales 27c at the moment.

I live next to the 24 hour garage at the Golf Course which was a untidy piece of land for a long time as half of it still is. A lot to do with Money.If you aint got it you cant spend it.Looks good now though and very handy. Be Patient people.
