BOE SND/458/2020 issued today with regards to going to Phase 3 and some modification to Phase 1 and 2.
The time slots for exercise and walking will be cancelled in Phase 3.
Drinking or eating at the bar in Phase 3 will be allowed providing a distance of 2m is maintained.
In shopping malls in Phase 2, toilets and lactation areas may be opened but restricted to members of a family. Urinals may be used at one third of capacity with a minimum space of 4 sq m.
Only one person may use other toilets unless they require assistance in which case two people from the same household may enter.
All such areas must be cleaned and disinfected after each use.
In Phase 3, groups of up to 20 people may practice non contact sports in both outside and inside sporting facilities and all equipment must be cleaned and disinfected at the end of the training session.
Strict controls on the number of people allowed in shops will be maintained in Phase 3 and will be limited to 50 percent of the maximum capacity which will include staff. The 2m distancing rule will continue to be applied. The public rest and recreational areas of shopping centres will open in Phase 3 but limited to a maximum of 40% of capacity.
Outside terraced areas of bars and restaurants will increase the maximum capacity to 75% but still maintaining a distance of 2m between tables.
Hotels and tourist accommodation may open their public areas but limited to 50% of capacity. Travel between provinces will still not be allowed except for travel to work, health reasons and for socioeconomic purposes
Quite a bit more in that BOE to do with weddings, funerals, places of worship and cultural activities.
Important to note that the time slots for exercise and walks in Phase 2 will be kept in all municipalities with a population of over 10,000 but will be removed for all municipalities in Phase 3.
It may be a bit confusing with spaces limited to 40, 50 and 75 percent of capacity depending on the activity. On the plus side, it may mean that Carrefour will actually get around to cleanings its toilets.
