Hi. Does anyone know of there are rules of what you can /cant do on community footpaths.
Our community rules don't mention anything.
We have neighbours who are cleaning a wind surf sail, rinsing saltwater off on the community footpath..on a regular basis..

Is it doing any damage if so report it to administration or the President, of course after you have mentioned it to them!

I've asked them politely to refrain from doing this.It has caused damage to paint work on walls as you can imagine..that's what salt does.Especially when they do it 3/4 times a week.
They're not happy but I just wondered if anyone had something in their community rules.

No one is allowed to damage community property, go to administration or President.

Check your community standing orders. If you don’t have a copy get one from the President or administrator in fact get 2 and put one in your neighbours post box
