You will get lots of help from this thread. It's a personal thing whether you want to transfer it to Spanish plates or sell it. The cost of transferring is around €1000. It is worth getting someone to do it for you if you do decide to keep it as there is a good bit of paperwork, legwork and maybe headlight modifications involved.
