The meter is where responsibility switches from supplier to user not the property boundary.

Well first leak I ever had discovered by my 1000.50 euro water bill..I had 3different lots of people out ..cost me and not one of them found it..leaktec came out with detection gear and found it within the first 30minutes...I have had 2more leaks since and each time they have been brilliant...ask them for a report for your insurance ..10euros full report with pictures..brilliant ..I took it into ibex in quesada and asked if any chance I may be covered because it was a leak from the mains inside my property grounds and the claim is now going through.... hopefully!!
