I have a ceiling fan that I caught (only with my hand whilst it was on) and is now quite out of balance. Ive taken the light and shade off and put it back together but nothing seems to make a difference. Any Ideas?

The only thing you can do is experiment with adding a few grams of weight to one blade at a time until you get it back in balance.

I use BluTack and when I get it I right put a small patch of duct tape over the top to stop it flying off.

Hi..You need a small piece of straight wood and a step ladder. If its is a blade. Hold the wood to the ceiling and mark the wood where it passes a blade...move the blades round in sequence and note the blade that is out of line. That is the blade that needs to be gently twisted etc back into position if it is out of shape..if not then you should be able to weight the blade to balance it up. Also check that the locator on the ceiling is still located correctly in its anti spin slot. Good luck.
