Not bullying anybody into anything.

All information is useful the more so in this time of flux.

You don't have to read my posts if you don't want to much less reply to them with baseless accusations.

No, I disagree, all information is not useful, only information that is correct and verifiable with links to official sources are useful.
Opinions are all well and good, but you must state that these are your opinions and not purpote them as fact.
There are a lot of people who are stressed enough about these troubling times without mis-information being thrust at them.

Go to the Babelia website. They are the people organizing the TIE in the Alicante area. You fill in all the forms online, print them off and then select a time for your appointment from a drop down menu. The form to pay the 12 euro at the bank is included. If you have the green residencia you do NOT need a padron as some people are saying. What you need are in the instructions.

You do need the padron (in date by 3 months) if your address has changed from that on your green registro card.
Otherwise, no.
And you do need it if applying for the first residency. It's all in the instructions.

Just been to change mine, very easy was back home 15 mins after the 2nd app. One was at 0910 and the other 0950 and because we were the same family they let us in at 9. No sooner sat down our no. Was called. Very straightforward and they accepted my laminated copy of the green A4.
