When l completed on my sale l had to leave €550 with my solicitor to pay any out standing bills
My electric bill was not paid and l have had to pay .l have emailed on many occasions without success
They say they have paid it but won’t produce a receipt ..what can l do to get my monies back

When we sold our apartment the money for the Suma and any bills was estimated and given to the purchase solicitor. It was up to him then to pay any outstanding bills. If it does not cover the outstanding bills it’s tough so I assume it’s for all bills.
I had the Suma taken from the bank that year but contacted the bank and it was refunded immediately. Hope it helps
