Has Davids Coach Tours become a casuality of Corvid, or are they just hanging in.
Been with them a few times and service was excellent.
Great shame if they have gone down.anybody know?

Hi,
Don't want to start any rumours but when I tried going onto their website it said account suspended.
Really hope they are still trading as have been providing a great service that we've been using for many years.
If anybody has any positive news that would be great.

I presume it is a very small operation. I am not in Spain at the moment but I am assuming they are unable to run a service due to COVID. In the meantime, my guess is they are cutting all unnecessary expenses and not updating their website until they have something to offer.
As with other companies that have had to mothball everything, survival will depend on what the owners have been doing in the meantime. It would be sad if it did not survive, but I am sure that somebody would see the gap in the market and offer a similar service.
I assume Rosa Tours would be in a similar position?

Rosas Tours are still operating, but, they do a wider package, general holidays, hotels etc, fingers crossed they survive, and as you say Daves Coaches are just taking a break until things improve.

When I spoke to them last to get a refund they said that as they were running so few days it was fairer on their staff to put them on ERTE rather than only having them work a few days a month.

Due to the current Valencian border restrictions neither Rosas nor anyone else can be "doing a wider package"

Plus lots of hotels have had to close down

When I said a wider package, they still are offering the Caribbean for example.
