Transferwise transfers

Like a lot of people I have opened a Transferwise account (now called Wise) due to large

increases in bank charges. I have tried to transfer some euros from my Caixa bank account
To my Wise euro account. After filling in all the details the screen shows the wavy balls as if it’s processing my request and after about 30 seconds tells me for security reasons it’s timed out and disconnected. Has anyone had this problem and how has it been resolve?
TIA
Allan

I am using the APP on my iPad which is only six months old so is up to date.
I have tried four times. On the fourth attempt I was sent an email with Caixa Bank terms and
Conditions and a price list of their charges before timing out again.

Thanks for the replies. How do I use a debit card to transfer funds in euros from my Caixa account to my wise account?

when you are on the Wise site it will ask for how you want to pay for the transfer just scroll down to Debit card and enter the card details it will save the details for your next transfer

Just a thought, do you have the opion of a national transfer and an international transfer from your Caixa account? If so you need to choose international as Wise has a belgium account.

Like Espanabums has written.
Select international transfer.
Enter the “Wise” a/c details, Swift & BIC, manually the first time.
“Wise “ will remember this for subsequent transfers.
The transfer goes via Belgium and has an EU prefix, therefore attracting Nil charges.
I’m delighted with the speed of the transfer and the better rates of exchange, which far outweigh the small transfer charge.
