Hi Guys, hope everyone is well.
Can I ask for help from those who have recently applied or moved to Ciudad Quesada area, regarding the NLV....

Did you buy a property first?
The risk being refused a visa?
Or did you apply for visa first?
But this way they ask for your Spanish address?
They accept a rental contract as address? Do they allow say your Lawyers address as proof?

I will get my NLV here in England, using the sale of my property, then come over and buy a property and then get TIE NIE etc?
All a tight time line, sorry for so many questions...
But, as always thanks in advance...

tOWER pOWER I WOULD RECOMEND that at least for the first 3/6 months renting a property to see that you like the area & neighbors & it also gives you time to sus out facilities likes of shops etc. & it should help with your application as well.
