I await the outcome of the accusers I have nothing but praise for this company.

So I feel we should all just back off. And await any wrongdoing, and then make our own minds up.

When you say "accusers", do you mean the Alicante Foreigners Office?
Or do you mean the National Police?
Or the landlady who is missing 12 months' rent?
Or do you mean the innocent victims that were arrested, fingerprinted, photographed and treated like common criminals for no valid reason?

With respect, judgement will be passed by the courts, not by any members of Talk Quesada.

I have used them a number of times and do not have a bad thing to say about them. As for the allegations, i will reserve judgement until i hear all the facts and both sides of the story.

There are no innocent victims, its just not tenable they didn't know, so all as guilty as each other.

Michael, at the risk of repeating myself - you're missing one VERY key issue.

An email was sent by Mr Smith's own lawyer assuring The Olive Press: "it is totally clear now that the criminal investigation is being focused only against my client so for sure criminal actions will not start against his clients sadly affected."

He continued, "if there would be another detention [of Mr Smith's clients] Mr. Smith will proceed immediately to clarify in front the police or/and the Court that these clients have no relation at all with any criminal activity."

Just as well you're not the presiding judge, eh?

I found it hard to believe myself, but after getting a full statement from his landlady AND confirmation from her solicitor, it does appear to be true.

It's been a terribly difficult 15 months for us all, so it's galling that someone should do such a thing whilst appearing to earn quite a decent income.

Did you get confirmation from the solicitor?
If you did what happened to data protection?

The information is in the public domain already, just ask at Torrevieja Civil Courts.

Confirmation from solicitors just gives added kudos.

Thanks for asking, though.

Sorry but I fail to see why a business in trouble merits 5 pages on this forum. It happens here every day! There will always be people who say the company are the best and others will say there the worst. If they've broken the law and been caught its down to them. Nothing people on this forum say will change that. The law will take iis course. No doubt we will read the outcome in due course meanwhile I don't think its worth 5 pages here and should be locked off by admin
