Banking app

Hi, is anyone else in the UK or out there having trouble connecting to their Sabadell banking app? All I keep getting is "you do not have a connection" when both my home broadband and phone WiFi are working perfectly, thought I'd check on here before starting to send emails to the bank

Just opened the app and logged in successfully, so you may have a problem.

I've now managed to log in, after many attempts, no idea what the issue was, but hopefully it's now sorted itself out

I find Sabadell app temperamental. Doesn't seem fast enough. You get message saying key in code number. Can take 10 mins for code to arrive.

I am back in the UK and have had problems with Sabadel App it wouldn’t let me log in . It kept saying my password was wrong which I new was right. If you email them with the problem your having they will call you back on the mobile number linked with the account free of charge. I would advise you to have all your details ready for your account and a computer it took nearly 1hour to sort and had to log onto bank account on the computer while he talked me through putting codes in which he was sending via text to my mobile phone.

I never had much problem with the app, just the cost. €140 a year to pay a few bills just got too much. So I moved to Wise. Works fine and very low cost.

Sometimes deleting and reinstalling the App can help.
Also completely shutting down then restarting your device can help.
