This forum covers things in Quesada.
You might get a better response if you direct your question to the sister forum of this one Costa Blanca.
That forum covers Orihuela so someone should be able to answer your question, but are you not attending the same place you went to for your first jab?

Lots of people are having their jab's at different venues, we went to Torrevieja for our 1st & Guardamar for our 2nd.

This article says they moved to a new centre at the end of May. I wonder is this where you have to go in Orihuela: it says the Civic and Elderly Centre alongside the SERVEF Training Centre. Bee

The Civic and Elderly Center located in the Oriolana district of El Escorratel will be the new chosen point of Covid vaccination , starting next Monday, May 24, as announced by the Councilor for Emergencies, Víctor Valverde.

In this sense, Valverde explained that “to date, the Vega Baja region had two vaccination points, which were Torrevieja and Orihuela, but Health has decided to expand them to eleven . For this reason, the scenario has changed as have weather conditions, which, due to the heat, forces us to choose another location . The Bernardo Ruiz Pavilion is
a sheet metal infrastructure that has a greenhouse effect and with the high temperatures it is not the ideal place to continue vaccinating people. Other sites were considered, but weighing pros and cons such as parking, air conditioning, that it was a well-known center ... in the end, this one that is next to the SERVEF Training Center was chosen. Has spacious rooms, a parking area with a hundred places, since we will use the SERVEF that has given them to us without any problem, and a new air conditioning that works perfectly. We believe that it is the right place since those who have to be vaccinated both from districts and from the urban area of Orihuela can move there ”.

If you mean Orihuela City, not Costa, it’s near the Big Mat store.
