Hi, We are finally coming back over next week and flying from Stanstead to Alicante with Ryanair. We will only have hand luggage. Has anyone recently experienced this journey and advice if we can still go straight to the gate or do we have to go to check in for a document check. Also flying back from Alicante?
Thx

It’s exactly as before just go straight to the gate when you know what gate number, Alicante is the same.

Recently flew from Southend with Ryanair. Go to gate when called, needed to show /confirm you have Spanish locator form when boarding. On arrival before exiting airport need qr code on Spanish locator form to be verified. At Alicante on return they checked UK locator form and vaccination confirmation before boarding but all went very smoothly. Have a good trip.

Straight to gate, and have your vaccinations status ready to show the crew at boarding( you can also attach this in your flight details), you'll also need to do the locator form for check when landing..

Just for info, have you checked the hand luggage allowance, size has been drastically reduced, and no longer 10 kilos, it needs to fit under the seat in front of you. Safe journey.

But if you purchase priority boarding then that includes the 10k luggage in addition to the smaller bag.
