Covid Digital Certificate

Anybody having trouble getting certificate?
Never had any problems before, but when doing the form now, no code is being sent via SMS. Seems to have been a problem all over the weekend so wonder if there is a problem at their end. I know I'm not doing anything wrong!!

No. I did ours yesterday and they came through immediately with the SMS and printed out straight away.
In fact, just to test it, I did it again 5 minutes ago and all going through immediately with the boosters from Friday added.

That's both the Valencian Region ones and the EU Covid passport ones saying 3/3 and giving Friday's date as the last one.

Thanks Marcliff. Glad it's working for you because it isn't for me. Never had any problems before; not doing anything differently; haven't changed phone or phone number. So don't know why it's not working. Very strange...

I'd same problem not getting code via sms. I now think it's down to my phone provider Lobster. I tried clearing cache and data on my messaging app but no joy then tried new messaging app same result getting no messages at all via Lobster . Normally I don't use sms much now but the hospital uses it for appointments
Have contacted Lobster but customer support is non existent now looking for a new pay monthly provider

Thanks. But Messenger working fine. I have had other people send me messages on Messenger on their devices and I am receiving them all fine. Have checked on GVA site and my number is correct. Any other ideas???

My Messenger fine too and like you checked GVA and all OK I've tried 2 different messaging apps still nothing. I've messaged Lobster but not holding my breath ill go to phone shop when it opens at 10am in case I'm missing something but I reckon it's at Lobsters end

Called Lobster they did a test message came OK now can't send out get a message saying service unavailable reported it again. A wasted morning

Ron, have you checked that all the correct boxes are ticked in the settings via the Settings page on the Lobster web site.
I found Lobster a right pain as you had to manually set up everything yourself and the wording on the setting page leaves a lot to be desired.Questions like

Don’t allow me to receive any texts?
Answer either off or on

I had to read that a few times to make sure I had the right answer.
Couldn’t they rephrase it to
Receive texts. Answer yes or no
It’s no wonder everyone complains so much - me included.

I looked at changing to Vodafone es, but couldn’t see that SMS messages were included in the plan and as I receive numerous security texts from banks, attempted web page log ins etc I didn’t want to be paying extra for them.

Good call Lynn I'll check that.spoke to Lobster this morning they tested and I got the message OK so got my daughter to send sms got that as well but couldn't reply. Called Lobster again girl said they're having problems (Really?) Tried the covid site again still no code. I'm going to look for another provider while most of us use WhatsApp etc Now as you say we still need basic sms for banks hospital etc
