Robbers in Doña Pepa

Walking my dog down a side road this morning an old grey Fiat punto, registration starting with DC, shot past and turned into the main road with little due care. Almost immediately a young lady came back round the same corner and crossed the road heading straight towards me. Being familiar with these types of robbers, as she approached I shouted very loudly to her to stay away and held my hand up. She was clearly shocked by this action and continued walking along the middle of the road, although in a foreign language, clearly uttering her dismay at my actions. A few seconds later the grey car sped back round the corner, she jumped into the car and they sped off. I have used this same action in similar situations several times in the past, and it always works. Shouting shocks the would-be robbers and using gestures makes what you are saying clear in any language.
If anyone can easily communicate with the police or Guardia it would be very helpful if they would advise them of the details about the car in the Doña Pepa area this morning.

Any CCTV around. These are probably the same family who are constantly doing this and getting away with it. Isn't there a nearby town they were traced to after stealing somebody's phone on here.

I had a similar experience in October, the day of the torrential rain. I drove back from Quesada to la Marquesa, I pulled in to park outside my house. The rain was bouncing off the ground, a small old silver car pulled in, in front of me. A young girl got out and started walking toward my car she knocked on my window and then I realised she was a robber, I started my car, she knocked again and started shouting at me, I pulled away quickly and drove down a side road until they had gone. I would imagine she was soaked, Be alert. The same family I would say.

If everyone involved with this person tells the police, they might be able to drive around these areas & keep an eye out

Everyone who has had some contact with these people should report them to the police otherwise they will continue and some poor person will be less fortunate than you
