Hello although we left lovely Spain about four years ago to go back to the horrible weather in the Uk, I still like to look on the Quesada Forum. I enjoy seeing different views and topics and hope some time to have a holiday back there in the future. I noticed a lot of People in Spain either have had the Covid Vacine in Spain and would like to know if any one has had any side affects from it. A few People in the Uk complain after the third vacine it affects their arm the injection went in, I for one are one of those people and the pain is not there all the time but it is when I reach for something even when I turn a light on, I have flu injections every year without any problem. I was told by someone it maybe was injected in the muscle I know my self trying to get to see a Doctor about it is just impossible even a phone call takes well over one hour and then if your lucky it is a telephone call from a Doctor, and then you get can you send a photo most of the time. So I understand why some people are against the injection, my reason for getting the injection is because I want to go on Holiday when we are allowed. So take care everyone and best wishes to you all.

I've had covid vaccines in Spain and the UK.
The flu vaccine shouldn't give you a sore arm, but the covid one is likely to make the injection site sore for 2-3 days as its a deeper injection into muscle as you say.

All three vaccines here in Spain. First one slight sore arm for a day, my missus for 2 days.
2nd one no problem and no aches at all.
3rd one, again no problem but the flu one always gives my missus a slight sore arm for a day or two and this year was no exception.

Despite our age (70 something, cough, cough) we only got our first flu vac 3 years ago. We'd been on a cruise and one of those at the table said he was just getting over (ha!) a bug. We both came down with it the next morning and confined to the cabin for 2 days. Hence we decided on having the flu vac the next season.

That's also when we decided we wouldn't go on any more floating petri dishes.

And, yes, the covid vaccine is intramuscular not injected in the veins which rather makes the claims of it altering your DNA a bit silly.

Had the flu jab every year for about 40 years. The only time I have had flu is the one year I missed having it.

With the Covid.. for me, the first jab, never felt a thing..

second jab.. a doddle

Third jab, my arm hurt for a few days.. but nothing as bad as having Covid..

.

Although I've had all 3 jabs, I haven't been well since and won't ever get anymore
