Our house is due to go onto the market Sep/Oct it is on la marquesa golf there are only 20 houses in our community there are 2 bedrooms just put in a new bathroom lounge and kitchen there is a room upstairs which we use has a bedroom some people use it has a store room but we have 2 beds and a wardrobe in there our property is the largest plot which over looks the community pool
We have had the house from new it has never been rented out the only reason for selling is my husband has become disabled and he is unable to maintain it
