Unless you own an F1 or very high performance vehicle I wouldn't bother.

Looking it up, you need to deflate your tyres completely, fill with nitrogen, deflate again and repeat about 3 times before filling with nitrogen to get rid of the oxygen and other gases plus water.
It does maintain the pressure and temperature and is normally used for racing cars.

Not really sure of the benefits for a town car, though, as some 78% of the air in the tyre is nitrogen anyway.

The most abundant naturally occurring gas is nitrogen (N2), which makes up about 78% of air. Oxygen (O2) is the second most abundant gas at about 21%. The inert gas argon (Ar) is the third most abundant gas at 0.93%. It’s entirely up to you what you pay for, sorry I can’t advise you of a provider that is better than 78%, hope you find what you are looking for. But do you really need it???

That's a rather long airline!

There are some minor potential benefits but it hardly seems worth the effort or expense.
