I finally figured out how to get on my Iberdrola app. I'm on plan Estable. There is also Asistencia hogar listed on my services page. Is this a free service or am I paying for this. I can't see a monthly charge so not sure if it's a free service. If anyone knows what this is please let me know. Trying to keep costs to a minimum.

It is charged at 2.24 euros per month

Do you know what it's for. Do I have to have it. I know it's not a great deal of money but if I've no need for it can I cancel it. Thanks for your help.

Are we a suing this monthly? If anything went wrong with our electricity. I’d send for my electrician. It wouldn’t cross my mind to ring Ibetdrola. I’d personally cancel as it’s a waste of money as far as I’m concerned.
Am I missing something? What sort of catastrophe could happen? Surely Iberdrola are obliged to come out if something catastrophic happens.

I have to say that I have used this service twice, both times when I have problems with the electricity which on both occasions happened to be on a Saturday, I could not find anybody that was on my list to come out, but one phonecall to Iberdrola had a person to my house within 3 hours, and both times solved the problem. An insurance I think is excellent for what it costs

This insurance is for your electrical appliances but they have to be under 10 years old. Sometimes you need it to receive the best electric price

That's interesting. I couldn't see where it said that. Definitely not less than 10 years old.

Sorry Kaz you are wrong the insurance covers emergency electrical problems. Last year we had no electricity for six days when we rang them and they wanted €100.00 before they would come out needless to say we took out the cover and when they came out to sought a problem with the meter we were covered best couple of euro's we've ever spent!!
